Summary

  • See total courses, total sessions, and total spending
  • Spot your lowest- and highest-spending courses
  • See the yearly spending trend for the same course
  • See price increases across two or more purchases at the same store and course

Statistics is calculated automatically from what you log in Self Courses. The more complete your records, the more accurate the analysis.

Plan limits: Statistics shows 3 records on Free, 100 on Solo, and unlimited on Pro.

How to Use

  1. 1. Check the overview

Three key numbers sit right at the top: total courses, total sessions, and total spending.

  2. 2. Check the trend

The line chart below the overview shows how many sessions you took and how much you spent each month, useful for checking if your learning pace has been steady.

  3. 3. Price analysis

Automatically lists the per-session price change across two or more purchases at the same store and course, useful for timing your next purchase.

For Chinese and Japanese: red means up, green means down. For English: it's the reverse.

  4. 4. Store analysis

From Statistics, find and tap the Store Analysis card. At the top, you'll see total spending and the total equivalent value. The list defaults to sorting by spending, highest first, and you can switch the sort order or search by store or course name. Tap any store to see the details, listing each purchase's date, amount, and unit price.

Tip Fill in the store when you log a session, uncategorized entries get grouped as "unspecified." Different courses at the same store are automatically grouped together, so you can compare your long-term spending share.

Use statistics to reflect on your learning: try spending 5 minutes at the end of each month reviewing your stats. If a category has high spending but few sessions, the per-session cost might be too high. If a category has many sessions but progress doesn't feel strong, it might be time to reconsider the coach or approach.
