Scenario 1

Create a course and invite a member

Your situation You're using Course Kit for the first time to create a course and invite a member to join.

Steps

  1. Go to Collaborate, tap the plus icon in the top right, and choose Add Course.
  2. Fill in the course name and total sessions, then save. Including the member's name in the course name makes it easier to recognize later.
  3. Open the course you just created and tap Copy or Share invite link.
  4. Once the member accepts the invite, you both see this course's session status in real time.

Tip One manager account can hold multiple courses. Each member's course is separate, so sessions never get mixed up.

Scenario 2

Schedule sessions

Your situation You've agreed on a time with a member and want to plan the session.

Steps

  1. Tap Schedule.
  2. Choose the course you're scheduling for.
  3. Fill in the session time and any notes. For a session that repeats on the same day each week, turn on Repeat and set the weekday, and the system generates the following sessions automatically.
  4. After saving, the session shows up on the calendar, and the member sees it too.

Tip A scheduled session sends a reminder to both you and the member the day before and on the day itself.

Scenario 3

Log attendance

Your situation A session just ended and you want to mark it complete so the session count updates automatically.

The two approaches below do the same thing. Use whichever entry point is more convenient at the time, you don't need to do both.

Option A: Log it from the course details page

Use this when you need to adjust the date or session count, or want to add a note. It's the most flexible option.

  1. Open the course details page and tap Log session in the bottom right.
  2. In the log session panel, choose a status: Attended, member no-show, or leave.
  3. Confirm the session date and session count (both adjustable), add an optional note, then tap Confirm Usage.
  4. After you submit, the entry appears in the usage records list; once the member confirms it, it's marked confirmed.

Option B: Log it from the calendar

The fastest way, right after a session ends, tap it directly on the calendar.

  1. Go to the Collaborate tab and find the day's session on the calendar.
  2. Tap the session, and an action panel opens below.
  3. Tap Deduct. This defaults to Attended with 1 session deducted; you can adjust the count before confirming.

Tip Whichever entry point you use, any change to session count needs confirmation from the other side. If either side doesn't confirm within 24 hours, the system treats it as automatically confirmed.

Scenario 4

Check remaining sessions

Your situation A member asks how many sessions are left, or you want to check for yourself before it runs low.

Steps

  1. Go to Collaborate and open the course.
  2. The top of the course page shows the remaining and total session counts, for example 3 remaining out of 10 total.

Tip The member sees the same remaining count on their own account, so both sides always match without needing to check verbally.

Scenario 5

Keep notes on session highlights

Your situation During or after a session, you want to jot down a summary or something to follow up on next time.

Steps

  1. Open the course details page and find the Notes section.
  2. Enter the session's key points, member feedback, or what to prepare next time.
  3. After saving, both sides can see the notes.

Tip Only the manager can edit notes, the member can only read them.

Scenario 6

Share demo photos and videos with a member

Your situation You want to record a demo movement, pose, or technique so the member can review it after the session.

Steps

  1. Open the course details page and tap Media.
  2. Tap the + icon in the top right and choose a photo or video.
  3. Pick a file from your library (video length is capped at about 90 seconds). The system compresses and uploads it automatically, with a progress indicator.
  4. Once uploaded, photos and videos are grouped by date, and the member can see them right away.

Tip Long-press a thumbnail to enter multi-select, so you can download or delete several files at once.

Plan feature: How much media each course can hold depends on your plan. See the pricing page for the full rules.

Scenario 7

Remind a member to renew when sessions run low

Your situation A member's sessions are running low and you want to know if they'll renew for another round.

Steps

  1. When remaining sessions drop below the threshold, the system notifies both you and the member, and shows that the member has been notified and a reply is pending.
  2. Once the member replies that they want to renew, the reminder updates to show their choice.
  3. You then tap Add Sessions as the manager, enter the number of sessions, and save. The course continues from there.
  4. If the member replies to stop after this round, no action is needed, the course simply ends once sessions run out.
  5. Go to Settings and turn on Auto-remind to renew so the system notifies members automatically without you doing it manually each time.

Tip After you add sessions, the reminder resets automatically. It reappears the next time sessions run low, so members aren't reminded repeatedly.

Plan feature: Whether renewal reminders are available depends on your plan. See the pricing page for the full rules.

Scenario 8

Request to end a course

Your situation Either side can no longer continue the course and wants to formally mark it as ended.

Steps

  1. Open the course details page, tap the menu in the top right, and choose Request end course.
  2. After you confirm, the system sends an end-course request notification to the member.
  3. Once the member confirms, the course status changes to ended, visible to both sides.

Either side can request to end a course, but it needs confirmation from the other side. If they don't confirm within 3 days, the system treats it as automatically confirmed.

Scenario 9

Export records after the course ends

Your situation A member's course has ended and you want to export all session records to keep or hand over to the member.

Steps

  1. Open the course page and tap Export.
  2. The system generates an Excel file.
  3. Share it directly with the member, or save it to your own device.

Attendance records and notes are only kept for 30 days. After that, only the course summary remains, so it's best to export soon after a course ends.

Scenario 10

Create multiple courses at once

Your situation You've taken on a batch of new members and want to create several courses at once instead of filling them in one by one.

Steps

  1. Go to the Create Course page and tap the Bulk Import icon in the top right.
  2. In the Bulk Import Courses panel, paste one line per course in the format Course name, sessions (tap Copy Template first to see an example), then tap Apply.
  3. Each line is brought into the Create Course page, and the bottom shows how many courses were added. Fine-tune names or session counts if needed, then tap Create Course.
  4. The screen lists each course's unique invite code. Copy and send each one to the matching member, then tap Done.

Tip Afterward, go to All Courses and filter for courses awaiting members to find these invite codes again.

Scenario 11

Deduct sessions across multiple courses at once

Your situation You taught several groups on the same day and want to deduct sessions for all of them together instead of opening each course one by one.

Steps

  1. On the All Courses page, tap the Bulk Deduct icon in the top right.
  2. Set a default date and default session count, applied to every course you check.
  3. Search or check the courses to deduct, you can select multiple.
  4. Tap Submit, and all checked courses are deducted at once.

Tip The confirmation rules are the same as in Scenario 3, including the 24-hour auto-confirm.

Plan feature: Whether bulk deduct is available depends on your plan. See the pricing page for the full rules.
