Does the 14-day trial auto-charge?

No. Signing in starts a 14-day full-feature trial automatically. No payment is required during the trial, and you won't be charged automatically.

Is it a one-time purchase or a subscription?

One-time purchase, no subscription.

What's the difference between Solo and Pro?

Solo suits budget-conscious users, students, and side hustlers: track the courses you've bought, analyze spending, and keep session records, with reminders before they expire.
Pro suits people running a professional service, like coaches, tutors, and beauticians. It also works well if you're taking your own courses at the same time.

I was added to a course by an admin. Do I need to pay?

No. Joining a Collaborate course as a member is free, with no limit on how many.
Sign in to check your remaining sessions anytime. Exporting attendance records requires a paid plan.

Can I export my course data?

Solo, Pro, and the trial period can all export to Excel.
The Free plan doesn't include export.

If I switch phones, is my data still there?

If you're signed in, your data stays with your account. Sign in on your new phone and everything comes back.
If you're not signed in, your data lives only on this phone, so sign in before you switch.

Where can I buy it? Are there any discounts?

Buy on the Course Kit or VCH website. Website prices are lower than in-app purchases. The website occasionally runs promotions.

What happens after I buy?

After buying on the Course Kit website, you'll receive a purchase confirmation email from the VCH platform. Create your account from the link inside, then log in to the App.
Once the account is ready, open Course Kit and start using it. Your account and purchase details live on the VCH website.
