Summary
Every account has both an admin role and a member role. In real life everyone plays different parts, sometimes a student, sometimes a teacher.
- Share course info 1-on-1: session notes, attendance, and remaining sessions at a glance
- Coaches can schedule a member's sessions from the calendar
- Supports one-off scheduling and recurring schedules (daily / weekly / monthly)
- Join with an invite code or link, quick and easy to bind to a course
- Coaches can export the full attendance history
Plan limits: Free and Solo can create 3 courses total (lifetime), Pro is unlimited.
Invite code validity: invite codes are valid for 7 days by default. Once expired, generate a new one from course settings.
How to Use
-
1. Create a Collaborate course (admin)
Tap the + button in the top right to create a course. You'll need to fill in:
- Course name (e.g. Lucy's Piano Class)
- Number of sessions
Creating a course automatically generates a 6-digit invite code and a share link.
-
2. Invite a member
The coach sends the invite code or link to the student. Opening the link walks them through downloading the App, and after signing in they enter the invite code to join.
The student can also switch to the Collaborate tab and tap the + button in the top right to join a course by entering the invite code.
-
3. Schedule sessions
The coach taps any date on the calendar, then chooses to schedule a session:
- One-off: choose a date and time
- Recurring: daily, weekly, or monthly (up to 50 sessions per batch)
The system automatically detects and blocks duplicate schedules for the same course and time slot to prevent mistakes.
Notification content and timing: once a course is created, the system pushes notifications for the following scenarios. The title is either Course Reminder (for scheduling) or Course Kit (for everything else).

4. Reschedule or delete
Tap the date icon on any scheduled session to:
- Reschedule / change time: only affects this one session
- Delete: only removes this one session
For a recurring schedule, you can edit a single session, or clear all remaining sessions in the series.
-
5. Calendar
Coach-only. Kept simple: the monthly view only shows upcoming, past-and-confirmed, and past-and-unconfirmed sessions.
When there's no session scheduled for the day, you can still log one directly from the course details, and it won't show up on the calendar.
Dots on the calendar:
- Gray dot: past session, confirmed
- Blue dot: upcoming session (including today)
- Red dot: past session, pending confirmation
