View Your Learning Overview

You've been tracking for a while and want to see how many sessions you've taken in total and how much you've spent.

1. Open Statistics from the bottom navigation. At the top of the page you'll see three key numbers: Items, Sessions, and Total Amount.

2. If you've recorded courses in different currencies, use the Currency option in the top right to switch between them.

Tip Statistics only count courses in Self Courses. Collaborate course data isn't included.

Track Spending with the Trend Chart

You want to see how much you spent on which course, month by month.

1. In Statistics, below the overview numbers you'll find a line chart, with months along the horizontal axis and sessions or spending along the vertical axis.

2. Switch the option above the chart to see spending trends for a specific course, or for all courses combined.

3. Tap a month's point on the chart to see the detailed numbers for that month.

Tip It's worth spending a few minutes at the end of each month checking the trend chart, to keep track of your learning pace and spending pattern.

Analyze Unit Price Changes for the Same Course

You've bought courses from the same coach or studio more than once and want to know how the unit price has changed each time.

1. In Statistics, scroll down to the Price Analysis section. It automatically lists courses from the same store with the same name that have two or more records.

2. Each record shows the per-session price, along with the change compared to the previous purchase.

3. Color coding: green means the unit price went up, red means it went down.

Tip For Price Analysis to display correctly, make sure you fill in both the cost and the session count when recording a course. Missing either one means the unit price can't be calculated.

See Your Spending Breakdown with Store Analysis

You want to know how much you've spent at each store, how many sessions you still have left, and which products you've bought but haven't picked up yet.

1. In Statistics, find the Store Analysis card and tap into it.

2. At the top of the screen you'll see your Total Spent and Unused Value.

3. The list is sorted by spending from highest to lowest by default. You can change the sort order or search by store or course name.

4. Tap any store to see the details, listing the date, amount, and unit price for every purchase.

Tip Fill in the store when you record a course. Anything left blank gets grouped under Uncategorized. Different courses from the same store are automatically grouped together, making it easy to compare your long-term spending by store.
